DBE-E3 joined radio personality Elana Afrika on her podcast series Baby Brunch to promote parent engagement to develop skills for the 21st century. The Provincial Support Officer for DBE-E3 in KwaZulu Natal, Sandrina Govendar, shared insights with Elana on the importance of creating a safe environment in the home, with a particular focus on the shy child.
